If you are having problems logging in or bidding, please ensure you are doing the following:

1. The 'login' button must be selected. If you are using a laptop / Mac / PC, please use your mouse / touchpad to roll over and select the 'login' button. Alternatively, if you must use your keyboard, ensure the 'login' button has been selected by using the tab key.

2. Terms and conditions must be confirmed. Both tick boxes on the 'bids' page must be selected in order for you to place a bid on an item.

3. 'Submit' button must be selected. If you are using a laptop / PC / Mac, please use your mouse / touchpad to roll over and select the 'submit' button. Alternatively, if you must use your keyboard, ensure the 'submit' button has been selected by using the tab key.

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact us with a detailed description of what is happening when you login, what you are bidding for, what is happening when you bid, whether you are using a laptop / PC / Mac and also the browser you are using (example: Internet Explorer 6).
